Payment Terms

• We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Paypal
• We DO NOT ACCEPT personal checks
• All prices are in CAD and all payments are processed in CAD as well.
• a 3% service fee will be added to all credit card payments.

Shipping Terms

All of our orders are shipped with the least expensive carrier available, depending on location and order size. This will be either Fedex, Dicom, DHL, or our own local delivery service.

All Orders which are in stock will be shipped within one business day of payment receipt.

All non stock items will be ordered within one day of payment receipt and will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Expected delay will be posted via email prior to order entry.

Warranty

We offer no warranty on used or refurbished products. Some new products are covered by manufacturers warranty; please refer to individual item descriptions for these details. Any items which are covered by original manufacturer’s warranty must be dealt with by manufacturer directly.

All A.T.J. Inc. and Detekd brand products are sold with one-year limited warranty which does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or consumable parts.
